Baldwin Beauty Schools was originally founded by Ross Baldwin in 1960. Mr Baldwin was an exceptional mentor to young people. He dedicated his life to helping them achieve their goals. Ross Baldwin Elementary School in south Austin is named for him, and recognizes his lifetime commitment to helping others.
In 1989, Ross was joined by his son, Randy Baldwin who now serves as President. Randy’s wife Wendi Baldwin serves as the Director of Education. Together, they uphold the original vision of helping others achieve their life goals.
Baldwin Schools are proud to have graduated more students than any other cosmetology program in Austin. There are literally hundreds of salons in central Texas that got their beginnings in one of our schools.
