Student must be 17 years of age or older. Proof is required.
Student rnust provide a high school diploma or GED.
Two small photos of yourself are required
A $25.00 fee is required at time of enrollment and paid to the Texas Departrnent of Licensing and Renewal for a state permit
At time of enrollment all necessary and enrollment fees are required.
Signature of acknowledgment of all terms signed on the contract
If applying for a Pell Grant I Title IV funding the student will need to complete a FAFSA application.

Guidance to Assist Textbook Publisher and Institution of Higher Education in Implementing Section 133 of the HEA of 1965:
An institution of higher education receiving Federal financial assistance is required to the maximum extent practicable, to post verified textbook pricing information for both required and recommended materials for each class on the institutions online course schedule or linked to the course schedule from another site, such as a college-designated bookstore, in a manner of the instituion's choosing. This pricing information must include:
The International Standar Book number (ISBN) and retail price of the materials charged by the instituion or a bookstore on the campus of or otherwise associated with, the institution.
If no ISBN is available the author, title, publisher and acopyright date of the textbook or supplemental material.
If the institution determines that disclosure of the pricing is not practicable for some reason, the designation of "To Be Determined (TBD)" in lieu of the required information.
